نعمل كشريك إداري وتطويري لأصحاب المشاريع والشركات، بحيث يستفيد العميل من مجموعة واسعة من الخبرات من خلال جهة واحدة، بدلاً من التعامل بصورة منفصلة مع جهات متعددة في الإدارة والحلول الإدارية والتكنولوجيا والمالية والقانون. We act as a management and development partner, so a client draws on a wide range of expertise through one entity — rather than coordinating separately across management, administrative solutions, technology, finance and law.

ندير ونطوّر مشاريع الغير وفق منهجية تبدأ بدراسة الوضع القائم وفهم أهداف المالك وتحليل الهيكل الإداري، ثم إعداد الخطط التشغيلية وتطوير الإجراءات ومتابعة الفرق والموردين وإدارة الجداول ومؤشرات الأداء والمخاطر، وإعادة هيكلة المشاريع المتعثرة. We manage and develop projects through a methodology that begins with the current state, the owner's goals and the management structure — then operational plans, procedures, teams and suppliers, schedules, KPIs and risk, including restructuring projects that have stalled.

من نحن About KNINV

المستثمر الوطني الكويتي لإدارة المشاريع (KNINV) شركة كويتية تأسست في 25 نوفمبر 2024، وتعمل شريكاً إدارياً وتنموياً واحداً لأصحاب الأعمال. فبدلاً من التنسيق بين عدة جهات استشارية، يحصل عملاؤنا على إدارة المشاريع والحلول الإدارية والتقنية والمالية والشؤون القانونية والبحث والتطوير من فريق واحد. Kuwaiti National Investor for Project Management (KNINV) is a Kuwaiti company, incorporated on 25 November 2024, that serves business owners as a single management and development partner. Instead of coordinating several consultants, our clients get project management, administration, technology, finance, legal affairs and research & development from one team.

نبدأ بالتحليل لا ببيع خدمة جاهزة: نحدد المشكلة، وندرس أسبابها، ونقارن الحلول، وننفذ الأنسب منها، ثم نقيس النتائج؛ من المشكلة إلى الحل، ومن الحل إلى النمو. We start with analysis, not a ready-made service. We define the problem, study its causes, compare the options, implement the best one and measure the result: from the problem to the solution, and from there to growth.

ونبني أيضاً منتجاتنا الخاصة ونشغّلها؛ إذ طوّر فريقنا منصتي Bookteer وMowrden وأطلقهما، وكلتاهما تعملان اليوم، ونُدير الشركة على نظام KNINV ERP، نظامنا الداخلي للمحاسبة وإدارة العملاء والمشاريع وتطبيقات الجوال. ويعتمد النظام على وكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي مبنية على Claude من Anthropic لتحليل المستندات والبيانات وإعداد عروض الأسعار والتقارير، ونقدّم الحلول نفسها لعملائنا: مساعدين أذكياء وأتمتة لخدمة العملاء. We also build and run our own products. Our team built and launched Bookteer and Mowrden, both live today, and we run the company on KNINV ERP, our in-house accounting, CRM, project management and mobile app system. Its AI agents, built on Anthropic's Claude, handle document and data analysis, quotations and reporting, and we bring the same AI assistants and customer-service automation to our clients.
